The Customer Support Center is where you can find help for Flow Mobile Surveying.
What support is available?
We have an extensive knowledge base with information about every aspect of the software. And if you can't find the answer to your problem, you can always raise a support ticket.
Accessing the Support Center
- Log into the Dashboard.
- Click on the menu icon (three dots).
- Click Help and Support.
You can access the knowledge base from the Help and Support dashboard menu. Any outstanding support tickets will be shown here, along with their current status.
Configure your support landing page
You can configure which page loads by default by configuring My Settings
- Click on your initials in the top-right corner.
- Click on Support Center.
- Select the preferred option in the Landing Page drop-down box:
> Tickets - loads "My Tickets".
> Knowledge Base - loads the "All Sections" area of the knowledge base.
> Home - loads the knowledgebase homepage with new and popular articles. - Click Save Settings.
Note: You can also alter localisation settings and notification preferences in the respective sections.
