Checking Your Mobile App Version

We release updates to the mobile app every couple of weeks.

These mobile app updates contain performance improvements and new features.

We recommend enabling automatic updates on your device to ensure you're always on the latest and best version of the mobile app.

How to check your mobile app version:

1. Log in to the mobile app

2. Tap the Menu icon

3. Check your version number.

1. Open to the Play Store or App Store, depending on your device.

2. Search for "Flow Mobile Surveying".

3. Make a note of the current version (e.g. v.1.0.66).

Note: If the version shown matches the version of your mobile app, you're on the latest release.
