Enable Automatic Updates

The best way to ensure you're always on the latest version is to enable automatic app updates. 

Enabling automatic updates means you don't have to remember to update the mobile app manually. Your mobile device will update the app automatically as soon as we release a new version. Neat!

Updating the Mobile App Manually 

We recommend enabling automatic updates if possible. But if that's not possible, you can update the mobile app manually:

1. Open your mobile device.
2. Browse to the Google Play Store or Apple IOS Store (depending on your device type).
3. Search for "Flow Mobile Surveying".
4. Update to the latest version.
